HOSTEL ADMISSION
INFORMATION
·
Candidates
are required to download the Hostel Application form (the link given below) and
submit the same in the Office of the Warden, First floor, Administrative
Building, Ravenshaw University by 3 P.M on the day of admission.

The
Hostel list will be out by 4 P.M on the same day. List will be displayed on the
notice board of the Administrative Building.
·
Candidates
can take hostel admission on the same day of admission. But it is mandatory for
the candidates to register their names in Counter No.5 by paying Rs.665/- (Rupees
six hundred sixty five only) on the day of Admission
·
Counter
No 5 will remain open from 4 P.M to 6 P.M for the purpose on the day of
admission.
·
After
registration in the office, selected candidates are required to take admission
in hostel office which remains open from 7 P.M to 9 P.M on each working day.
·
Selected
Candidates can take hostel admission within seven days from the date of
registration in the respective hostel allotted to them failing which their
claim for hostel seat will be forfeited and their registration will be
cancelled.
·
Candidates
are required to submit the residence certificate within seven days of their
registration for hostel seats failing which their seats will be cancelled.
·
Request
for change of hostels will not be entertained.
