She is teaching at the Department of Geology, Ravenshaw University as Guest Faculty. She is working for Ph.D. at IIT Powai. Her Ph.D. is entitled Geochemistry and Palaeomagnetic studies of Alkaline dykes of the Deccan Volcanic Province. She has published in National journals and presented in International symposium. She has worked on Sedimentology and Coal seam geometry of Talchir basin, Odisha for her M.Phil work
