Dr. P. K. Mangaraj superannuated from JKBK Government College, Cuttack, in the year 2013. He got his M. A. and M. Phil. and Ph. D. degrees from the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He joined in Odisha Education Service in the year 1978 and has been teaching for last forty-three years. He mainly teaches Political Thought, Public Administration and Comparative Politics. Currently, he is engaged as a Visiting Faculty in the Department of Political Science, Ravenshaw University, Cuttack.
