Dr. Omkar Rout completed her Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar and is currently serving as Guest Faculty in the Department of Political Science, Ravenshaw University, Cuttack, Odisha. His Doctoral thesis is focused on the role of European Union in nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament. His research interests concentrate on nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament, India’s foreign policy and Gandhian studies.He has seven research papers in international journals and edited books, three conference proceedings and participation in six workshops/training programs to his credit.
