He completed his MBA. (H.R.) in 2014and currently pursuing Ph.D. in Management. His area of research is Job Satisfaction and Its Impact on Employee Commitment. He has 11 years of experience in teaching.  His teaching areas are various Management subjects like HRM, OB, etc. He joined Ravenshaw University in 2010. Currently he is teaching in B.Sc. ITM and M.Sc. IT &B.Sc. DSM students.
