Dr. Panda holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Geology, Ravenshaw University. She has completed her doctorate in the year 2019 from Annamalai University, Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu. Her doctorate research work mainly focuses on the estimation of mountain front recharge along the foothills of . The process of infiltration/ leachability of U in the vadose zone was studied in the year 2018 at University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL), USA under the Water Advanced Research and Innovation (WARI) Program funded by Indo-Us Science and Technology Forum (IUSSTF), DST, India. During the course of her research she has published more than 10 articles in reputed peer-reviewed SCI journals. She was also working as an Young Professional in Central Groundwater Board (CGWB), Govt. of India. Her subject areas of teaching includes Groundwater Geology, Crystallography, Tectonics and Mineralogy.
