Dr. Leena Priyadarshini Singh is working as Assistant Professor in the area of OB and IR. Before joining Ravenshaw University she was associated with Department of Management, C V Raman Global University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha as Assistant Professor. She has 14 years of rich experience in teaching and research. She has done her MBA from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela. She pursued MA in Economics from Sambalpur University and did Ph.D in Business Management from Department of Business Management, Fakir Mohan University, Balasore, Odisha. She has attended a number of FDPs and QIPs at IIT Kharagpur, XIMB and IMI Bhubaneswar in the area of HR and Research Methodology. She has published more than 30 research papers in Refereed Journals in International and National repute and chapters in edited books. Her research interests are in the area of Quality of Work Life, Work Life Balance, Strategic Leadership, Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility. She has presented more than 30 number of papers in national and international conferences. She has a keen interest in counselling and skill enhancement activities to enhance employability skills in students.
