Clinical Experiences

  1. Worked on the intellectual status and reading problems of epileptic children at S.C. B. Medical College& Hospital, Cuttack during 1987-88.
  2. Worked as part-time consulting psychologist in the Learning Clinic, Bhubaneswar. The work involved assessment of cognitive strengths and weaknesses of reading disabled children and remediation of the same through remedial training programmes, during 2001-02. 
  3. Visited various schools and social organizations for orphans at Cuttack during 2003-05 in order  to test and detect cognitive deficiencies and reading problems if any in children of these schools  and organizations and  remediate the same. 
  4. Currently dealing with the problems in cognitive functioning of disabled readers, ADHD, ADD and epileptic children and also the cognitive difficulties of adults suffering from dementia. Counselling services are also provided wherever necessary. These cases are referred by Neurologists and school teachers
