He holds the position of a Lecturer in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication. He has more than 12 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Journalism and Mass communication. He has 4 publications in peer review journals, 6 research based documentation along with 11 A/V documentaries to his credit. He has participated and presented research papers in many National and International Seminars or conferences. He has conducted several Training programmes as a trainer for both NGOs and Government of Odisha. He completed LLB and Master from Utkal University and PhD from Berhampur University. The thesis work was based on role of ICT and Women Empowerment.
