He holds the position of guest faculty at Department of Odia. He completed his Ph.D.from Utkal University,Vanivihar Bhubaneswar in SriJagannath culture.He has around 26 years of work experience, 22 years in different industries and organisations & 4 years in teaching line. Before joining in Ravenshaw university,he was working as lecturer in Odia in Banki Autonomous College,Banki,Cuttack and as Asst.professor(contr) in Odia in DDCE. North orissa university. Baripada(presently Maharaja Srirama chandra Bhanjadeo University,Baripada) He has written two books about Jagannath culture. Written two articles in edited books. Presented paper in two seminars one international and one national.He gives Ratha yatra dhara bibarani of lord jagannath purni (direct telecaste) in News 18,News 7, Prarthana channel, Otv digital,Etv every year.Also participated in Tarke bahudura programme in Prarthana channel,Breakfast Odisha  of News 7 channel and many other programmes of News 18 also He is a spiritual speaker (prabachaka). He has given prabachana in odisha and outside odisha alsp . His poems articles,essays,short stories,translated short stories are also published in different magazines like Samaja,Satyabadi,Dharitri,Gokarnika etc.
