Dr Mallikarjun Mishra is an Assistant Professor in Department of Geography at Ravenshaw University.  Besides, he is an Assistant Professor-in-Charge of e-Resource Centre. He did his graduation (2013) from University of Allahabad, post graduation (2015) and Doctorate (2020) from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi on the theme “Spatial data generation of Assi river in Varanasi and delineation of its palaeo course”. He has cleared UGC-NET/JRF (Geography) in year 2014. His area of interest/specialization is Physical Geography, Geomorphology, and Geospatial Technology. He is currently working on a project sponsored by Ravenshaw University.  He has authored 06 research articles published in national and international repute journals, presented his research work in 07 national and international seminars/conferences and attended more than 25 training and workshops. He is life member of Indian Society of Remote Sensing (ISRS), Indian Water Resource Society (IWRS) and National Geographical Society of India (NGSI).
