Alia Jabeen Mustafa is a post graduate and has qualified for UGC- NET in 2020. She graduated from B.J.B autonomous college securing   first position in her honours subject. She has done research on the topics Status of Women in Islam; Corporate Social Responsibility. Currently, she is teaching papers of Introduction to Sociology, Indian society, Classical sociological thinkers, Sociology of gender, Sociology of globalization, Rural sociology, Sociology of environment , Sociology of movements ,Urban sociology , Contemporary theoretical perspectives and Contemporary society in India to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
