Mission
The mission of the Department of Physics at Ravenshaw University is to impart high quality state of the art Academic Programmes in Physics and in interdisciplinary areas to create competency and skills with an emphasis on creation of intellectual property through innovations and quality research.
Objective
To realize the mission the Department of Physics is committed to impart high quality teaching both in theoretical as well as experimental physics with special emphasis on laboratory experiments. The main drive is to create new knowledge on research front through the best of the minds and create an adept human capital to articulate the laboratory- industry interface and outreach the needs of the society at large.
