He holds the position of Assistant Professor Stage-III at the Department of Commerce. Seven Ph.D., ten M.Phil., 750 M.Com. scholars in Commerce and Management have been awarded under my supervisions. Four Ph.D. scholar are continuing now.  He has more than twelve years of teaching, six years of industrial and ten years of research experience in Commerce and Management. He has fifteen books, seventeen chapters in edited books and seventy-five research papers publication in Scopus, WoS, ICI, peer review UGC listed journals to his credit. He earned his PhD in 2012 from Fakir Mohan University, Odisha. He has completed three research project funded by ICSSR and DHE, Government of Odisha. He is particularly interested in evolving and establishing the link between various micro and macro-economic variables on financial performance of corporate sector and Indian taxation system.
