Currently working as a Temporary Lecturer in the Department of Commerce, Mr. Prakash Ranjan Parida has more than 9 years of teaching experience in the field of Commerce and Management. He has 6 publications in peer reviewed journals. He completed his masters and M.Phil from P.G.Department of PM & IR Utkal University. His M.Phil. Theses was based on Work life Balance. Currently he is pursuing PhD. in the Department of Commerce, Ravenshaw University. He has qualified UGC NET in 2012.His previous assignment was as an Assistant Professor in Management at KIIMS, Cuttack. He worked there from 2012 to 2015. His area of Specialisation is in General Management, HRM and LL.
