She holds the position of Lecturer (contractual) at Department of Commerce. She has more than 10 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Behavioural Finance, Consumer Behaviour, Financial Market operations.She has joined the Department of Commerce in the year 2015.She has completed her Ph.D in the year 2017 from Ravenshaw University. Her thesis work is based on Individual investors behaviour towards stock market as an investment avenue. She has number of publications in different reputed national and international journals. She has also attended numbers of FDP,MDP,Seminars and workshops.
