She holds the position of faculty of Integrated B.A.B.Ed. & B.Sc. B.Ed. Programme in the Department of Education. She has Master degree in Psychology from Ravenshaw Autonomous College, Cuttack. She did her B.Ed., Masters and M.Phil in Education from Radhannath Institute of Advanced Studies in Education, Cuttack and NET in Education. She had her Bachelor of Law from M.S. Law College, Cuttack. She has specialisation in Guidance and Counselling and Organisational Behaviour.  Her Masters and M.Phil research work was based on “Young Children’s Theory of Mind development”. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D in Education from Ramadevi Women’s University in the area of Early Childhood Care and Education.  She has 6 years of teaching and 8 years of training experience. She worked as a faculty in the department of Psychology,B.J.B. Autonomous College and in the department of B.Ed., Ramadevi Women’s University,Bhubaneswar. She was engaged in teaching vocational course on Understanding Child and Childhood for Tata Institute of Social Science, Mumbai. She has been involved in Organisational behavioural and Human Resource Development training to the government officials of more than 10 organizations from different Sectors. Her research interests are in the area of Early Childhood Education and Organisational behaviour. She joined Ravenshaw University as a faculty in January, 2021.
