Gobinda Bal completed his M.Sc. M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Biodiversity & Conservation of Natural Resources from Department of Biodiversity and Conservation of Natural Resources, Central University of Odisha, Koraput. His doctoral research was primarily focused on Carbon sequestration, Soil Quality, Mangrove Ecology, Marine Biodiversity that played an important role for conservation and management of mangrove ecosystem. His research interests include ecological sustainability, conservation of biodiversity, and effect of climate change and mitigation on ecosystem.
