Dr Shreeta Mukherjee did her Graduation in Bengali Language & Literature from
Bidhannagar College, University of Calcutta in the year 2005. She completed her Masters in
Bengali from Calcutta University through Pressidency College in the year 2007. She did PhD
from Modern Indian Language and Literary Studies, University of Delhi in 2014. The topic of
her thesis was ‘Narrative Technique of Bani Basu’. She worked as an Assistant Professor of
Bengali from 2008 to 2021 in the different colleges of Delhi University. Dr Shreeta
Mukherjee Worked as a Guest Lecturer in the Department of Bengali, Zakir Hussen Evening
P.G College, University of Delhi from 2008-2009. After that she Worked as a Guest Lecturer
in Bengali Department, Miranda House College, University of Delhi from 2011 – 2012. In the
time of pursuing her PhD, she used to take classes of Certificate Course of Bengali in the
Department of Modern Indian Language & Literary Studies, University of Delhi, in the year of
2009-2010. She worked as an Assistant Professor (on Adhoc basis) in the Bengali
Department, Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi from August 2012 to December 2021.
Presently she is working as an Assistant Professor of Bengali in Ravenshaw University from
December 2021.
