Er. Punyasloka Rath is working as Assistant Professor in the area of Human Resource Management and Information systems. He is a BTech from Utkal University in Electronics and Instrumentation and has done MBA from Dept. Of Business Administration, Vani Vihar, Utkal University in Human Resource Management and Operations Management. He has qualified UGC NET in Management. He has 11 years of experience with 6 years in Academics and 5 years in Industry. He has worked with Infosys for 3 years as Senior System Engineer for international clients such as Lexis Nexis, USA and Southern California Edison, USA and as an HR Executive in Karvy for international clients of Computershare, Australia. He also has 6 months experience as JRF in the project “Electron irradiation studies on Cu(InGa)Se2 and CdTe based Thin Film solar cells” funded by DAE, BRNS,MUMBAI. Currently he is pursuing his PhD from Utkal University and his research interest includes Human Resource Information System and MIS.
