Dr. Sahu superannuated from Ravenshaw University in the year 2011. He has forty-two years of experience in teaching and administration. At the time of his superannuation, he served as the Controller of Examination for Ravenshaw University. His core area of teaching is physical chemistry. He has supervised 3 Ph. D. students. His research area focusses mainly on solvent and substitution effect on spectra of organic dyes. He has to his credit 10 international publications where he also published research articles on water pollution. Currently, he is engaged as a Guest Faculty in the Department of Chemistry, Ravenshaw University.
