Dr. Tali has more than 18 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Teacher education particularly. He obtained his M.A. in Education (Gold medallist), M.Phil.(Gold medallist), B.Ed.   From Kurukshetra University and Post-graduate (History & Psychology) from H.P.U. (Shimla) &  U.O.U (Haldwani). He completed his Ph.D. (Education) in 2002 from kurukshetra University. The thesis work was on Impact of Education on the Developmental Pattern of Tribals in Orissa. After completing his research work, he joined as lecturer in Education, Trisha college of Education, Hamirpur (H.P) from 2003 to 2011. After that he was working in Ch. Devi Lal college of Education, Jagadhari as Associate Professor in education from 2011 2016. He has published more than 20 research papers in different reputed and peer reviewed National and International journals. He has presented and participated as many as 35 National and International conferences/ Seminars and Workshops. He has produced two Ph.D. scholars.  He has special interest in organising various social awareness programme through community outreach. His research interest focuses on psychological perspective in education, quantitative research, psychometric tools development and standardization, Pedagogy of Social Sciences and Teacher education.
