The Endowment Committee vide its resolution dated 12.04.2019, has decided, among other things, that:
- A minimum grant of Rs.5,00,000 shall be considered as an Endowment.
- No donor should request for withdrawing the money at any point of time.
- The university shall endeavor to organise the awards on a regular basis.

| 6. | Braja Kumar Kar | Gold medal to student securing highest mark in Botany both UG and PG |
| 7. | Labanyabati Devi | Gold medal to be awarded to best student in UG Zoology Hons. |
| 8. | M. S. Kanungo | Gold medal to be awarded to best student in PG Zoology |
| 9. | Braja Bandhu Mohapatra | Gold medal to be awarded to best student in UG Botany Hons. |
| 10. | Banchhanidhi Hota | 02 gold medals be awarded to athletes champions boys/girls. |
| 11. | R. Rani & P. Hota | Best paper published during the year shall be awarded. |
