Dr. Subhraseema Das completed her Ph.D. from the Department of Chemistry, National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, and is currently serving as Guest Faculty in the Department of Chemistry, Ravenshaw University, Cuttack, Odisha. Her doctoral thes is focused on the design of cyclodextrin incorporated smart polymeric hydrogels and their subsequent applications as controlled drug delivery systems. Her research interests concentrate on cyclodextrin inclusion complexes, design of polymeric materials towards biomedical applications, non-thermal plasma functionalization of polymers and plasma-assisted synthesis of polymeric biomaterials. She has 17 research papers in international journals, 15 conference proceedings and participation in 10 workshops/training programs to her credit.
