He holds the position of guest faculty at Department of Chemistry. He has more than 7 years of teaching and research experience in the extended field of spectroscopy and computational chemistry. He has 8 publications in peer review journals to his credit. He completed PhD on 2015 from IIT Bombay. The thesis work was based on studies of non-covalent interactions and π – stacking of molecules in gas phase. During his research work in IIT Bombay he visited National Taiwan University, Institute of Atomic and Molecular Sciences, Taipei, Taiwan. There he worked in the field of Gas phase MATI (Mass Analysed Threshold Ionization) Spectroscopy which specializes on obtaining spectra for molecular Ion species. After completing his research work in IIT Bombay he joined department of Chemistry, Goa University as Assistant Professor in contract basis. After that he was working in K C college, Churchgate, Mumbai as Temporary Faculty from 2016 to 2018. Shortly after working in K C college, he joined VJTI, Matunga Mumbai as Assistant professor on tenure basis. Currently he is working in the department of Chemistry, Ravenshaw University as Guest Faculty from the month of January 2021.

His current research interest is computational chemistry calculation of synthesis of several natural product such as curcumin. He is working on the synthesis of several organic molecules also.
